MOODPICS.COM is a brand identity of The Mosaic Partnership (TMP). Artwork displayed on this website is created and printed by TMP exclusively, except in the case of products offered in the ‘Showcase section’, which are created exclusively by the ‘Showcase’ artists and professionals themselves, but are then only available through the MOODPICS.COM website for a given length of time (or until all quantities are sold).
‘Limited Edition’ artwork is offered on a strict, pre-determined ‘Limited Edition’ basis, where each piece Edition quantity is clearly stated. Each piece is printed to order until the full length of the edition is reached. A certificate of authenticity will accompany the printed piece, clearly stating the artwork reference/description, its unique number in the edition and the length of the edition (i.e. 5 of 15, etc.) The certificate of authenticity will also be dated and signed by both the artist/professional and TMP.
Copyright
The designs, images and text included on this web site are the exclusive property of TMP and Moodpics or the individual copyright owner of the ‘Limited Edition’ pieces.
You are not permitted to use, reproduce, copy, modify, store, publish or distribute any or part of the images or text on this site. This is prohibited under the UK’s Copyright, Designs & Patent Act of 1988, as well as International Copyright Laws & Treaties.
If we do grant permission for you to use any material then it may only be used as specified. Permission to use copyrighted materials is for a specific purpose and does not mean that you own the copyright. We will sue you for infringement of copyright and/or loss of revenue if we learn that designs, images or text from this site have been used in any way without our express permission.
Prices
Prices stated on the site are in GB Pounds Sterling, are inclusive of VAT and include delivery charges within the UK only. Delivery charges for goods to be delivered outside the UK will be notified to the customer (by email) prior to the commencement of the order.
Payment
For speed and simplicity in progressing an order, payment should be made directly using PayPal when placing your order online through the website ordering procedure. Check all details thoroughly prior to commencement of payment using this method as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards.
We may accept payment by credit or debit card (major debit and credit cards only - including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro; but not American Express) by calling our office between the hours of 9.00 and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments.
We may also accept cheques payable to ‘The Mosaic Partnership’. These should be posted to:

If payment is accepted by cheque, we will send an order acceptance form to the customer confirming receipt and payment paid for the goods.
In this instance no order exists until the order and payment has been received. Once the payment has been received then a legally binding contract will exist between TMP and the customer.
Cancellations
TMP cannot cancel works when production has commenced for the work.
The finished product
There are a range of media available for many of the products on offer through the website, and ordering online will identify which media is available for each piece of art (see FAQs for a more detailed explanation of available media). TMP will do its best to ensure your product is as offered on the Moodpics.com website. Where the end product is a high-quality digital print rather than an ‘original’ piece of artwork, under no circumstances will TMP or the ‘Showcase’ artists or photographers be responsible for variations in colour caused by monitor settings on customer’s computer equipment. Our discretion is final. Purchasers who require a specific colour match (excluding Showcase products) should provide a sample swatch to match to prior to purchase. We will endeavour to match to this where possible, and if required, it may be possible to provide a small sample swatch for approval prior to full final printing.
