TMP will deliver the goods to the delivery address on the order form. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail ‘signed for’ delivery, as soon as possible after the order is accepted; but it should be accepted that TMP does not have any control over Royal Mail or its courier companies.
Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and you are satisfied that they are in perfect condition. TMP will not be liable for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of what you have paid to us; or once they have been ‘signed for’.
It will be deemed that the customer becomes the full owner of the goods when they are delivered and signed for by the customer.
Right to Return
We hope you will be delighted with your Moodpics.com purchase. Unfortunately, because each piece is made to order, we cannot offer refunds on ‘unwanted’ items. However, should you find that the delivered product is not what you ordered or has been damaged in transit, please send back by return in the original packing to our offices as detailed above. On receipt back we will be pleased to replace it for the correct item or indeed an undamaged product. In the case of a Showcase piece and where available, we will either replace the piece or refund your initial purchase amount (where a further piece is unavailable due to the edition run).
TMP reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time. By using the site the customers accepts those changes as published.
